About Phil Noble:
Phil Noble is a Charleston entrepreneur who has started three businesses and two non-profit orgainziazations, all in the civic sector of technology, government, politics and media. He is the founder of both the Palmetto Project, an innovative community service group and One Laptop Per Child/SC who's goal is to provide an educational laptop for every child in the state.
