SC New Democrats

"For too long it had only been the political insiders and special interest groups that had a voice in Columbia. The SC New Democrats wanted to change that and decided to air a radio show to bring new ideas and new people into the political debate...new voices from all across the state. On February 5th, 2007, the SC New Democrats launched 'New Voices for New Democrats', a daily radio show on WOIC in Columbia that focused on bringing new ideas and new people into the political mix in our state capital.

Every day, we featured New Democrats from around the state that have interesting ideas, new perspectives and have achieved real results in their local community. These ideas and insights presented on our radio show will be incorporated in our ongoing efforts to improve the state of SC and in our reform initiative going forward into 2009."
